Drew Prokop
Drew Prokop is an aspiring journalist from the class of 2020 at Seaholm High School in Birmingham, Michigan where he is a part of National Honors Society and the New Student Mentoring program. He is a varsity letter athlete in both football and track and field. Drew coaches youth basketball and plays the bass in Seaholm’s orchestra. His prime passions include writing about the NFL and sharing his opinions on certain topics that interest him. Drew is the creator of Bench Warmer News and Co-Leader of locally-founded non-profit, Trends for Teens. Through his work with Trends for Teens, he has been awarded the Presidential Volunteer Service Award. He was also featured on A League of Their Own Podcast (37:28) representing Benchwarmer News. Drew wishes to continue his blog for years to come.
Ben Conti
Ben Conti is a junior at Cranbrook Kingswood High School in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Ben primarily writes about college sports for Benchwarmer News. He plays tennis and hockey for his school and loves to watch all kinds of sports. As a big sports fan, Ben constantly attends major sporting events and watches plenty on TV. He is especially interested in following college football and basketball, as well as professional tennis. Whether he is playing or watching, Ben spends a great amount of his free time doing sports related activities and even started his own charity tennis tournament for junior tennis players.
